We will be celebrating BANG's 75th anniversary in Philadelphia, PA from
October 1 - 4, 2018!   Our hosts will be Ike Cohen (SK 70) and Michelle Ostapiej.

Reunion headquarters will be at the Clarion Hotel and Conference Center, 815 North Pottstown Pike, Exton, PA 19341.

TRAVEL:  If traveling by air its the Philadelphia International Airport (PHL).  The hotel is 33 miles from the airport but the drive takes about an hour.  Our hosts have arranged for several shipmates who have volunteered to shuttle us from and to the airport so it's important to include your arrival and departure flight numbers and times and your cell phone number on your registration form if you want to use this service.  Shipmates who will be providing rides and their cell numbers are:

Our reunion headquarters, the newly renovated (April 2018) Clarion Hotel and Conference Center in Exton, PA is located in the bucolic Philadelphia suburbs. All the usual amenities include abundant free parking for cars, vans and RVs, free wi-fi, included buffet breakfast, a fitness center, free coffee, free newspaper Mon - Fri, business center, guest laundry, and on-site bar.

As of this writing the hotel restaurant is not operating other than for the buffet breakfast although that could change before we arrive.  However, there are numerous restaurants within 2 miles of our hotel, several about 1/2 mile.  They range from the upscale Lemoncello (Italian - The one in Chester Springs, PA) and historic Vickers Restaurant (American) to the less expensive Ron's Original Bar & Grill, The Pour House, Eagle Tavern and Tap Room and Red Robin Gourmet Burgers.

Room Rates:

SINGLE or DOUBLE $89.00 + tax   (Rate good three days before and after reunion.)
Parking is free (plenty of room for RVs and vans) and the rate includes a buffet breakfast.

****** Reservations can be made by calling the hotel directly at (610) 363-1100.  In order to receive your special rate, individuals must indicate that they are with USS Bang Reunion  The block of rooms will continue to be held until the cutoff of 5:00 PM EDT, September 4, 2018.  Reservations received after 5:00 PM EDT, September 4, 2018 will be provided at the group rate on a space available basis.******
