Hospitality room open 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM. 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM: Outdoor reception (Cash bar) in honor of the 250th birthday of the US NAVY - Riverfront Pool Terrace. Tuesday, October 14th: Note: Underlined items in lightgreen are links to the attraction's/restaurant's web site. We'll ride the lightgreen Train for a one-hour comprehensive tour. This non-stop tour travels through the historic downtown, while the driver provides lively and informative narration for more than 100 points of historical or fun interest. The lightgreen Train will drop us off near St George Street where Lunch is on your own at any of the many restaurants including Milltop Tavern, St Augustine Sea Food Company, Prohibition Kitchen, and Columbia Restaurant. Or if you prefer a quick bite to eat and more time to explore and shop there is Pizza Time, also on St George Street. Stroll along St George Street. This pedestrian-only street is perfect for strolling, shopping, and dining. You'll find historic buildings, museums, art galleries, and quaint shops. Discover attractions like Ripley's Believe It or Not! Museum, St. Augustine Distillary San Sebastian Winery the St. Augustine Pirate & Treasure Museum. The Alcazar Hotel, Visit Castillo de San Marcos, the oldest masonry fort in the U.S. and learn about its history, the Spanish influence, and the role it played in protecting the city. Depart for the Alhambra Dinner Theatre (no bus, private car convoy). Established in 1967 the Alhambra has been providing live theater performances, accompanied by fine dining,for over five decades. Enjoy dinner followed by The Mystery of Edwin Drood, a hysterical musical comedy. Based on the unfinished work of Charles Dickens, this whodunit was the first Broadway musical with multiple endings allowing the audience to choose the murderer! The Mystery of Edwin Drood is the final novel by English author Charles Dickens, originally published in 1870. Though the novel is named after the character Edwin Drood, it focuses more on Drood's uncle, John Jasper, a presentor, choirmaster and opium addict, who lusts after his pupil, Rosa Bud. Miss Bud, Edwin Drood's fiancée, has also caught the eye of the high-spirited and hot-tempelightgreen Neville Landless. Landless and Edwin Drood take an instant dislike to each other. Later Drood disappears under mysterious circumstances and you the audience get to choose the ending!
